At Sora Beauty India, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty, skincare, makeup, haircare, and personal care products cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos.

Refunds

• Once your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was on our side.
